About Pug Yoga
Pug Yoga was born out of the love between a man and his rescue pug. What started as simply daddy-doggy playtime quickly took social media by storm. As fans have demanded more Pug Yoga, Alex and Kimchi released a 2018 wall calendar.

Meet Kimchi
August 17th, 2015. Kimchi touches American soil for the first time. She was rescued from a kill shelter in South Korea, where she had been unceremoniously dumped by puppy mill breeders. All thanks to the wonderful organization Pug Rescue of Korea, Kimchi was sent to Los Angeles to be fostered by Alex’s loving family. Only a few minutes after meeting her, Alex knew he couldn’t let her go and quickly agreed to adopt the princess.
Before long word of Kimchi’s beauty began spreading throughout the internet. Her perfect stillness and gorgeous face made her an instant star. Favorite activities include short walks on the beach, sunbathing in windows, waiting for Mom to drop food, and napping on a giant pile of pillows. She dislikes getting out of bed and vacuum cleaners.
Kimchi encourages her fans to live healthily and keep hope alive because you never know when Hollywood will call your name.

Meet Alex
Alex Hooper was sculpted in Baltimore, MD. As a troubled weirdo, he tried on many hats before realizing only comedy could tame his hair. On stage, he is known for his clever writing, fearless style, rampant energy, and sickeningly positive attitude. He has appeared on Comedy Central's Roast Battle 2, Fox's New Girl, TVLand, and Nickelodeon to name a few. Through a dedication to health and silliness, Pug Yoga began organically in his apartment before spreading to the world wide web. He resides in Los Angeles with his two pugs, Carlton and Kimchi.
